No, there is no upper limit on how much gold you can exchange at Indriya. 

You only need a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) for exchange purposes, as required by regulatory guidelines. However, PAN card needs to be mandatorily provided if the transaction is INR 2,00,000 or more in value.

Yes, you can use the full exchange value of your old gold towards the purchase of diamond jewellery at Indriya.
