1. Design Guidelines and Rules:

• Only individual participation will be allowed
• Interested students will have to register online. No submissions shall be accepted without registration
• Upon registration validation, the submission link will be sent to the registered student’s email ID. Only submissions from registered students will be accepted.
• Create the design in PowerPoint slide format, ensuring a ½ inch border on all sides
• Kindly adhere to submission outlines given in the contest theme.
• Please share your resume with the submission, on the last slide (one slide only) of the presentation
• PPT size should not be more than 25MB
• PPT should be in a PDF format, accessible without passwords / permissions
• The naming convention for PPT should be as:<College & Campus Name>_<RollNo.>_<StudentName> for example (NIFTGandhinagar_0001_John Doe)
• The PPT must include a write-up describing the ideology behind the creation
• The design should be craftmanship viable or production friendly. The design should be practical and wearable
• The submission should be as per the given contest theme only
• Mention the approximate weight of the jewellery along with technical details of other materials used.
• The final submission should be on a clean background, ensuring that no drafts or incomplete versions are included.

2. Originality/Plagiarism:

If any sketch is found to be a copy/ reproduction, the participant and submission will be immediately disqualified. Plagiarism will result in disqualification.

3. Submission:

• All designs will become the property of Novel Jewels Limited once submitted. Any entries submitted after the last date will not be accepted.
• Registered students would have to make submissions as per guidelines only, before deadline.

4. Judging:

Finalists will be required to deliver an in-person presentation at our Head Office in Mumbai, presenting their ideas/ PPT to a jury panel. The selection of winners will be at the sole discretion of Novel Jewels Limited.
